This is one of our favorite Happy Hour places because of the spectacular views, and it’s also got a full-service restaurant a menu that’s decent but pricey. For this reason we recommend it more for a place to get a drink and an appetizer over a full meal, unless you’re prepared to splurge.
Street parking is metered until 6pm and there is free parking in the surrounding area north of Mr.s A’s, or there is $12 valet parking in the garage on the ground floor on 4th Avenue.
